Many of the people that had dealt there for a long time (like myself) left, as the schedule was already difficult in a 24/7/365 operation before the changes. That got very old after about a year (going in at 8am one day, 12pm the next day, 2pm the next day, 10am the next day). When we opened back up after the lock downs, they essentially made table games dealers come in at a different time everyday. I would probably still be there if it wasn't for the changes that happened after COVID. Also had decent insurance options and a very good 401k plan with profit sharing. I genuinely liked 99% of the people I worked with. Overall, I felt like they treated their employees well (at least before COVID).
